Martindale-Hubbell, a renowned lawyer resource for more than 100 years, has awarded Attorney Mark Breyer its highest distinction for practicing lawyers. Mark is an injury and wrongful death attorney and has worked exclusively in this area of the law since 1996. He is also a certified specialist in injury and wrongful death law by the State Bar of Arizona. Mark joins the prestigious group of attorneys throughout the country who have received the highest ranking (called "AV") by Martindale-Hubbell. To receive the highest rating Martindale-Hubbell examines an attorney's legal abilities and ethical compliance.
There are two different criteria upon which Martindale-Hubbell's peer review rankings are based. First, lawyers can achieve a rating based upon their ethical standards. Lawyers who are considered to adhere to the highest professional standards of conduct in relation to ethics, reliability, diligence, and other criteria in the discharge of legal services can be awarded a "V" for very high ethical standards. There is no ethical award higher than the "V" rating.
In addition, the legal ability of lawyers is rated. There are three levels of legal ability ratings that have been established by Martindale-Hubbell and awarded to those lawyers that earn them. Each of these ratings is an accomplishment in its own right but the highest ranking is the most prestigious. The highest possible Award by Martindale-Hubbell in peer review rankings for the legal abilities of lawyers throughout the United States is the "A" ranking. This ranking is reserved for lawyers who are considered to have demonstrated a "very high to preeminent" status.
Not surprisingly, when asked about this achievement, Mark Breyer indicated he was extremely pleased when he learned of this ranking. "I am thrilled to have been awarded the "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell. However, I believe this is a ranking of far more than just for my accomplishments that I have had as a personal injury lawyer. This AV ranking is a testament first and foremost to my wife, Alexis Breyer, and the rest of our staff. When we founded our injury and wrongful death practice, which has come to be known throughout Arizona as "The Husband & Wife Law Team" we hoped that we could combine a caring environment and commitment to our clients that would be expected of a husband and wife running a law office. At the same time, we strived to achieve fantastic results and earn the respect at the highest possible level from judges, lawyers, and the Arizona legal community. This is another sign to Alexis, myself, and our staff that we have been able to achieve both of these goals. I'd like to thank Martindale-Hubbell for bestowing this honor."
Mr. Breyer also indicated he would remain accessible and available to all those involved in serious injury or wrongful death matters in Arizona. He mentioned that his practice has grown through referrals of former clients and other lawyers and these types of achievements will not change the commitment Alexis Breyer and he share towards helping those who have suffered injuries throughout Arizona. Those who would like to speak to Mr. Breyer directly can contact him by phone. The Husband & Wife Law Team has locations Valleywide and throughout the State of Arizona. Alexis and Mark Breyer have served clients throughout Arizona, the United States, and even clients throughout the world who have suffered personal injuries in Arizona. From home consultations to the use of email and fax, Mr. Breyer and The Husband & Wife Law Team are able to serve clients wherever they may live. Alexis and Mark offer free consultations and if they are able to accept your case they offer a guarantee to clients that there will be no fee unless there is a settlement.
