Honoring Nurses Marta and Kelsey with Guardian Angel Awards
At The Husband & Wife Law Team, we love hearing stories about healthcare professionals who make a lasting impact on their patients. Nurses Marta and Kelsey recently were honored with Guardian Angel Awards for doing just that, providing exceptional medical care while treating patients with kindness, compassion, and genuine connection.
Father Glenn, a patient at Chandler Regional Medical Center, experienced that care firsthand. As a priest and World War II veteran, he wanted to recognize Marta and Kelsey for going above and beyond during his stay.
Father Glenn was especially touched when Kelsey brought her daughter to visit and learn about his life as a WWII veteran and priest. He also shared that Marta brightened each day with her uplifting spirit and homemade chocolate chip cookies.
In recognition of their extraordinary compassion, Marta and Kelsey received Guardian Angel pins, a commemorative plaque, and a monetary award. Their photos will also be featured on The Husband & Wife Law Team billboards throughout the Valley for a day.
It is incredibly important to us at The Husband & Wife Law Team to support the individuals who share our values by going above and beyond to personally care for people who often come to them for support during their most vulnerable times. The Guardian Angel Award honors healthcare professionals who exemplify these values for their patients through exceptional compassion, advocacy, and care. We are grateful to the Dignity Health Foundation for helping us celebrate these remarkable individuals.
